BEWARE: If they feel like they need to vacuum the carpets, you will be charged a $125 cleaning fee. Evidently vacuuming is an extra option that they can charge for at their discretion.
Not all rental car companies are the same. I will never use Payless/Avis again (they are basically the same company).
