Rental company had no vehicles. I was left stranded at the car rental facility with my wife and four kids. You make a reservation so you have a vehicle and this company failed at the most basic business level.

We had a great experience with this company and their car rental. Customer service at the airport was friendly and helpful, same with the people we met when returning the car. The car was great, got good gas mileage. We would definitely use Advantage again!

On arrival, please proceed to the Rent A Car shuttle pick up area located outside of baggage claim at all terminals. Shuttle runs about every 5 minutes. We will have your keys waiting for you at the counter.
