“We used Enterprise when our car was in shop after collision. It was arranged by our insurance company (Progressive) and it was pretty smooth. They picked us from our repair shop and we dropped it off there. They had good choices of car and helped us when we needed to transition in the middle to a bigger car. People were friendly and the experience was great. They were very receptive and happy to help even out of their way.”

He was incredibly kind, patient, understanding, and never made me feel like I was a burden. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was taken care of.

“I had originally wanted a Jeep Wrangler but unfortunately there weren't any available when I arrived. The two employees who were sitting in the pick-up booth did their very best to give me a satisfactory replacement and the whole ordeal was quick and smooth. Furthermore, when I arrived back on Sunday to drop the car off, the one employee (I believe his name was Marco?) was very friendly and helpful.
Overall, my whole experience with the Sixt Boston Team was incredible and my rental was well worth the money.
I will be using Sixt from now on in the future!”
“We had a great experience renting a car through Counterdex. The entire process was very smooth and easy. The staff member who helped us was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. The car we received was in excellent condition, and we really appreciated the service. Our deposit was also returned without any issues.
I also appreciated that the representative did not try to unnecessarily sell us additional products or services we did not need. The experience felt honest and customer-focused.
During our rental, we did have an issue with one of the tires. Two or three days after picking up the car, the tire started losing air. Even after refilling it, the problem continued. I contacted customer service, and they directed us to the nearest Pep Boys. After inspection, Pep Boys informed us that the tire was worn and needed to be replaced rather than repaired.
Although dealing with a tire replacement during our road trip cost us about four hours of our time, I appreciated how smoothly the issue was handled and that it was resolved properly.
Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend Counterdex for their professionalism, helpful service, and customer care.”

Saved quite a bit of money from picking up/returning in Mattapan (as opposed to from the airport) and Ashley couldn't have been more helpful in straightening out an initial miscommunication with booking dot com and then making sure we had the car we needed for the duration we needed it. Highly recommend renting from this location.”

“Picked up a car at Boston Logan Airport with my dad to attend a family funeral. super easy Pick Up process got offered the opportunity to upgrade to a convertible and YOLO so we did it and no regrets. Thank you sixt! Only complaint is that stupid BMW satnav has no interactivity with traffic so it’s all lies about arrival time. Sorry, not sorry”

“Hoping to start earlier we arrived earlier than our reservation time. Unfortunately,there were no cars available even for those who were on time. It seems that they were overbooked. Mimi was civil, helpful and pleasant with all. It took about an hour to finally get some cars to get people going which came me from the airport. She gets the five stars for keeping her cool under pressure.”
“Living in Boston without a car is doable but also kind of annoying😭 That's why I end up renting a car from this Budget location about once or twice a month for errands and day trips.
Huge shoutout to Radouane!! He's been here for as long as I've been coming and he's one of the nicest guys. He somehow remembers me ANDD remembers that my dream car is a Mazda CX-5. Whenever one's available, he always gives me the CX-5 and it makes! my! day! every single time!!! It's such a small gesture but it really says a lot about him and the level of customer service here :)
I've always had a great experience- even when it's busy and the line gets a little long (cough cough fall foliage season), the staff does a great job keeping everyone updated and moving things along as quickly as they can. The location is also super convenient bc it's connected to Back Bay Station, so it's easy to get here by the T or commuter rail. Plus, it's really easy to hop right onto I-93 or the Pike once you leave. Definitely recommend this location!”

Felt compelled to write a positive review after being terrified by all the horror stories here. I checked these reviews a couple of hours before arriving and was dreading what seemed sure to be a horrific experience. Instead, we experienced no line, got a larger car than we'd booked at no extra cost, zero upselling or EV pushing, and extremely friendly, informative service from Igor. Drop-off in Brooklyn was super smooth, too! I guess management must have listened to all the negative feedback and made some changes.”
