Love this Bank. Always enjoy seeing my boy Steven(Stevie my Boy as I say). And every teller there is completely professional and I enjoy chatting with all of them. I’m practically live at the bank when I am there almost every day lol.

Communication is seriously lacking. Elmira is sorely missed. My account is being charged unknown to me who is doing this. No one is here to help, and app is not efficient. However there are still a few bright spots in this branch
