Brian and Rochelle provided patient and friendly service, listening carefully and handling transactions efficiently. However, there was an issue with mailing checks to an outdated address, which almost led to theft and account compromise, highlighting some reckless mistakes. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, and the bank’s app is generally reliable, though some deposits still require in-person visits. The branch stands out for its friendly staff and good service, but customers should be cautious about security and address updates.

This is hands down my favorite TD Bank location. Neshalett, Albert, and Zhe are always friendly, helpful, and patient no matter how busy it gets. They really take the time to listen and make banking easy. I always leave feeling valued as a customer. Highly recommend this branch!
