“I used this facility for a storage unit for 3 months and overall was satisfied.
Pros: It was accessible and secure. There’s a loading doc that can fit a lot of vehicles. I was always able to back in all the way up the dock which made loading and unloading easy. They have carts you can use to help move things. I felt that the facility was pretty secure despite the area it’s located in. My stuff was safe, and they have workers that check on the units.
Cons: It is not the best area of Boston. There was also a little bit of mouse poop in my unit. They do put rodent poison houses inside the units, but I would not recommend storing anything that a mouse could eat or get into (like a couch for example). I stored all of my items in clear plastic bins with latches and I do not get squeamish, so it didn’t really bother me. It was a very small amount, which is probably inevitable in a storage facility.”
“Did not had any issues, it was an easy set up (pick up and drop off) and very friendly client facing personal.Don't recall the name but the worker who helped was friendly and open to answer all of my questions, explaining all of the options if I might not be back by closing hours.Update:I ended up coming back after hours and did the process of returning the truck through the app and left the keys in the uhaul box.”
