12:00 pm and 12:15
I arrived 12:00 pm and the AGENT was in lunch and I need to wait to 1:00 pm 🤣 Sooo I don’t understand why we need an appointment. And my real question, They do whatever they want? Is there no one in charge?

I should’ve have read the comments before walking into this post office just close this place if you can give customer service

Echoing the other comments here: the staff here are often very rude and the last time I came in, one of the staff members was having a customer, yelling back and forth the entire time.
