“Hello, my name is Juan Carlos. I've been sending packages with this company since 2022. Everything that I have sent never got stolen. Everything always arrives on time and in good conditions as I send it. So, on this part, they are good and secure. But lastly, they've been doing something that I don't like it and I know that they do it in purpose so I be calling them and be behind them like begging them to send the receipt. That's very unprofesional and it doesn't look good on their part. This it happened a couple of times. And they tell me that they gonna send me the receipt and never send it on their own. They just send it after I call them a lot. But they do it in purpose. I don't recommend anymore this company.”

“We use Mercury for all of our shipping needs. We are able to schedule pickups for various hospitals, chat with real people that can get in touch with FedEx when we have issues, schedule couriers for laboratory samples, etc. This is so much better than calling a 1-800 number and ending up speaking with someone who doesn’t really understand the issue, or seem to care. Mercury makes our lives better and we are able to resolve most of our issues within a very short period of time. They were also able to match or lower our shipping costs, which is needed for a small laboratory. Peggy and Tony have been a godsend. Everyone I have encountered has been very helpful and patient. They even had a pair of eyeglasses I had lost in the store a couple of weeks prior to my most recent visit. The glasses were wrapped and stored carefully, rather than tossed into a drawer with an assortment of junk! I was very impressed by this thoughtful gesture, as well. Highly recommended!”
