“The delivery experience was quick and easy. Kept me well updated on arrival time and then were exceptionally polite and gentle with my home and my things. It was good enough that seeing that XPO would make the delivery would make me more likely to purchase a product in the future.”

“Highly recommend Super Cargo Boston. My family and I have been using their services for years now and our experience has been amazing. Their tracking information is always updated step by step. I recently moved out of the country and shipped all my belongings with them. The box came back intact (of course the way you pack the box also plays a big factor). They also call or send a message a few days before you receive the package to make sure there is someone there to receive it. Overall, I am very satisfied with Super Cargo and recommend them if you are looking to send packages to South America.”

“Fantastic experience all around, and it is clear that the team at Global Pack Ship are exemplary in all aspects of the services they offer. Of note, the items I had needed shipping were particularly large and required careful preparation for overseas shipping and customs purposes- which the team did brilliantly. For anyone looking to use them to ship auction lots from Bonhams or similar: the service they offer is worth every penny.”

24 Factory St, Boston MA 02136
“Hello, my name is Juan Carlos. I've been sending packages with this company since 2022. Everything that I have sent never got stolen. Everything always arrives on time and in good conditions as I send it. So, on this part, they are good and secure. But lastly, they've been doing something that I don't like it and I know that they do it in purpose so I be calling them and be behind them like begging them to send the receipt. That's very unprofesional and it doesn't look good on their part. This it happened a couple of times. And they tell me that they gonna send me the receipt and never send it on their own. They just send it after I call them a lot. But they do it in purpose. I don't recommend anymore this company.”

“I came in with some questions most adults should know. I walked in anxious as always, but then was happily greeted by Alisha who put me right at ease with the bubbly professional vibe. She allowed me to ask questions, get answers and also gave me some helpful tips!! Alisha made it so I didn’t cry in the car after that interaction. You ever get so stressed you just shed 5 tears in the car and then scream sing some Adele for a verse or two? That’s happened to me at the Dedham location 8 years ago. Anyways, thank you for having Alisha there when I needed help from my local US Post Office hero. Stocked well. Clean. No line at the time I went. Single level. Parking lot in back.”

“We use Mercury for all of our shipping needs. We are able to schedule pickups for various hospitals, chat with real people that can get in touch with FedEx when we have issues, schedule couriers for laboratory samples, etc. This is so much better than calling a 1-800 number and ending up speaking with someone who doesn’t really understand the issue, or seem to care. Mercury makes our lives better and we are able to resolve most of our issues within a very short period of time. They were also able to match or lower our shipping costs, which is needed for a small laboratory. Peggy and Tony have been a godsend. If you're experiencing shipping challenges or need a dependable partner for critical healthcare deliveries, Mercury is the team you can trust.”
