When it comes to customer service, they actually care about you as a customer and make a real effort to resolve your issues. I've never experienced this kind of customer service at any other bank. Even just walking in the door, you can tell that they want to help. The organizations that rank New England banks all rate Rockland Trust at or near the top for customer service, and they are absolutely right. Granted, they're a small bank, and they don't always have all the fancy services of a big bank. But even then, they're actively working to add more and more services. And that's a small price to pay for a bank that actually seems to treat their customers as human beings, rather than making you wait so long for customer service that you'll just give up. “The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The parking lot is a comfortable size and the branch is nice. The lot access is not as pleasant or clearly marked. Their sign is not easily seen from the street or large. I find that clear signage and access is important here as West Boylston St ,aka Rt 12 southbound here, is very heavily traveled and a headache to get to any of the businesses along this stretch of road if you aren't ready to exit. No powered doors or marked ramp, it's unmarked. I think the trees around this bank as nice as they are should be trimmed back for visibility.”
