“I recently stopped into this branch to deposit a check endorsed to my dependent daughter and intended to deposit into her dependent account. Little did I know the different location I set this account up has not created the account correctly and I would be unable to deposit her check, despite having all of her documents with me. What could have been a very frustrating experience was made into the best banking experience I have ever had. I started with Kristin, who quickly got me over to Ember, who immediately took action to resolve the issue, as given my work schedule it would be impossible for me to get into the bank to open the account properly within the work week. Ember was very efficient and immediately knew all of the correct steps to take and even got an account opened correctly within maybe ten minutes. During that time she and Kristin were so kind, personable, and engaged with other customers. At a time in the world when it feels impossible to connect with a stranger, it felt incredible to have such a warm experience with two complete strangers. I can only imagine the care and consideration these tellers work with daily, given my experience. Thank you so much again, Ember - you made my day and helped me and my daughter immensely!”

“Great location and bank.
My only gripe, whoever designed the drive through ATM must hate cars or something. It's so far recessed into the wall and the two blue poles in front of it make it difficult to reach. I'm 6'2 with long arms and I still have to open my door to reach over. Better off going inside.”
