If you get him prepare for a bad day.. I'm not sure what his issue was that day I called but DAMN!! His attitude was like an unflushed toilet. I hope his day gets better but I'll see if I can get to the bank which is an hour away from my home now, before trying to call again..”
“I have had business and personal accounts with them for decades. (I was in the crowd who fled there from Baybank years ago). They have plenty of Big Bank services such as international wire transfers, a notary. etc. . The staff are personable and friendly and customer service has always responded quickly the very few times issues arose. I have no big quarrels at all, but I am charging them a star for their savings interest. Last month's was less than a dollar on a six-figure balance. My mattress would pay that, and might be soon.”

“I am my fathers P.O.A. They refused to give me bank statements going back a year. This is the second time I asked. The first time was when I brought him in there in Nov.( in his wheelchair) They told me they would mail them to me. I got his checks but no statements. I had to pick them up and I live an hour away. The brunette was very nice. The blonde woman has refused to help me three times. My father is changing banks as soon as possible. They shouldn’t have her representing them.She has a nasty attitude.”

I have had many types of banks living in different cities and towns and not one bank did I like or get along untill this one came along. It's the first bank that really does care and protect you against any possible issue and keeps u up to date and really does work with yah they are so incredable. “I have been a customer of The Bank of Canton for over 50 years. During the entire time, their customer service has always been beyond exemplary. Call them up and a real person answers the phone right away. Try getting that with any other banks. Branch managers Juan and David are over the top customer service oriented. David spent much time and effort assisting me with my PPP applications. Juan is always available to assist in personal banking matters. All the tellers are friendly and the staff that is there today will be the staff that will be there tomorrow and the next day. If you are looking for world class local service with all of the features and benefits of the regional and national banks - I HIGHLY recommend The Bank of Canton.”
