The Brewster Store is a quintessential, quaint small-town emporium and a trip down memory lane. Housed in a converted 1852 church, it serves as a "Third Place" for locals and tourists. The store offers a broad and unique assortment of merchandise, functioning partly as a museum. It features penny candy, a micro candy shop, whole roasted peanuts from an antique roaster, and an array of unusual gifts from past and present. These include its own design t-shirts, jams, greeting cards, kitchen gadgets, linens, lamp parts, and local gourmet snacks. Visitors can enjoy fresh coffee, donuts, pastries, and hot apple cider. The experience includes exploring multiple floors filled with antiques, crafts, memorabilia, WWII paraphernalia, housewares, and artisan works, ensuring there is something for every budget. It is a fun place to walk around, always promising a fascinating find in every nook and cranny. A stop is absolutely worth it, often completed with an ice cream cone from the shop next door.
It was good, just not as good as I remember. I will give it another chance though.

This is a fantastic store for both locals and tourists. Their candy collection is awesome. Their products are a great quality and this is a great old store. I didn't ask, but this place is very old and there doesn't appear to be wheelchair access.
