“Truly great tailoring at unmatched prices. I’ve had top Boston tailors touch my clothes, and the alterations have been sloppy and weak. Zoi and Helenē make quick work (a couple days) of clean alterations that *last*. They’ve taken in a dress for me that I would have sworn nobody touched had it not fit PERFECTLY when I tried it on. It looked and felt direct from the dressmaker. And a note of customer service: They’re an independent, no-nonsense establishment. If you slam their dryers, they’ll call you out on it. (Repairs are expensive!) If you lead with joy and kindness, my experience is that they’ll offer it right back.”
“My boyfriend needed his fancy slacks dry cleaned because we were too scared to mess it up, to which we decided to get it dry cleaned. We were expecting a $$$ fee as other places seemed expensive, but this place was really well-priced and affordable! They also did a great job in getting the stains out and there were no wrinkles or complaints on our end. The shop seems to be family-owned and they are very quick with everything (ours took 3 days). We are definitely coming back here!”
“Costs me about $9 and an hour to take care of two weeks worth of laundry. Dryers were replaced last October. Every time there has been an issue (card reader not working, machine leaking) I have been able to reach their customer service number and the issue has been resolved.”
“That's right - they're back in business folks, and although some machines don't work they at least hav signs up directing you to the good ones now; just double check. Places to sit inside, but not ample folding tables. Places to get food & water & kill time nearby. Our local laundromat... ??”
