My only regret is the parking ticket we had to pay at new York.”

“Friendly and helpful staff!! There are a lot of storage facilities in this area that are priced similarly. To me, the differentiator comes down to the people that are running the place. Neil makes all the difference. When we moved in, he took the time to help us find the right unit with easy access. He also took the time to help us set up the account. He even called to remind me that the account just became overdue which I didn't even realize because I thought there's autopay set up. Their new computer system may be clumsy but Neil's diligence and helpfulness more than compensate the inconvenience on the technology side. Thank you, Neil!”

“Negative reviews don't align with my experienceOnly criticism I have is placement of plastic trash barrel next to Customer Service entranceAllston/Brighton has vicious Rat problem - that can be verified with city 6-1-1 - it has little to do with how clean/dirty area is; that being said, there are necessary steps/interventions to control issueRats are like hybrid, steroid, small dog sized, bold & disease-ridden - be very mindful entering/exiting after darkAs I approached to toss Starbucks trash in, whole barrel shook & moved - I knew exactly what it was & warned Customer Service Staff & other customers Cardboard is literal Rat Candy, so of course they lurk around U-Haul but a steel trash barrel with a lid or even more mindful placement away from Customer Entrance would be helpful (Rats can't chew thru steel - they literally eat thru plastic barrels - this one is no exception)Staff were very helpful - Isaiah checked me in answering all questions, explaining details as well as upgrading & discounting rental - didn't catch name of man processing return but he too was very helpful & mindful of expenses- excellent Customer Service Equipment was clean & well-maintained as wellMy experience was excellent Highly recommend Brighton location”

In particular, Nicole, the rep assigned to me, went above and beyond to give me additional advice on movers, and what to look out for in other more scammy movers, or brokers. While I cannot speak directly to their moving service, the customer service is truly remarkable. They have an A+ BBB rating, and I sure they would have done a great job with my move if I would have gone with them.”

“I rented a trailer online. The staff were very friendly and helpful making sure my vehicle could safely tow the trailer. The trailer was clean and well maintained. Unattended drop off is easy with the uhaul website or app.”
