“As all other Total Wine & More l, selection is unbeatable as are the prices. The staff are knowledgeable (going as far as getting certified which I found cool) Marc was especially helpful. Cigar selection also pretty good although the inventory is not properly reflected on the website. I was able to find My Father The Judge cigars which was a nice surprise. Kudos to the staff at the location!”

On my second order there were no advertised bonus items with box purchase so I was surprised when they sent a couple extra sticks that I presume were chosen based on my previous order. “I went in looking for some glass cleaner for my bowl. The young man working there was a very nice. He walked me over to the case containing the 420 glass cleaner and some of the other ones the bottle I looked at was priced 19.95. I wasn’t sure if it was the exact one I had the last time he reached out and pulled out another bottle he said can I recommend one I said yes he took out randy’s orange label. Five dollars cheaper than the one I was looking at. He said his friends use it. It was cheaper and he didn’t try and upsell me. I appreciated that and I just used it. It worked amazing better than the other bottle the more expensive bottle thank you.”
