“I transferred over here from down the street. Walked over prior to get my morning coffee from D&D and check out if any available parking. Much quieter here, and thus was able to get some real peace and quiet to collect my thoughts, and because of this, I made sure i made a few purchases while here for things I needed/wanted and to show my appreciation too. I know nice of me. . .
Employees were extremely polite and accommodating. Would definitely come back again even if they don't have everything the so- called bigger stops may have. It's worth the quieter atmosphere and accomodations which encourage people to make their purchases and enjoy them afterwards at their tables and adjacent counter tops/spots. Thank you ?.”

“The family that owns this store is incredibly kind and helpful, they even gave my little guy a lollipop (which of course won him over). They have a great selection with similar price points as the rest in the area when it comes to liquor/alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, candy, food, and they have great gas prices. They are also open later than any other area store on Sundays for basic needs and liquor/alcohol.”

“I've been a customer here for many years. The employees are very friendly, they have a great selection of items for a small store, and their prices are very reasonable for snacks/beverages, tobacco products & gasoline. They are also open from early in the morning, til later in the evening, so their hours are convenient. You can also get Air here, they have a coin operated machine on the side of the building & an ATM inside the store too. Highly recommend to anyone in need of a convenience store with a variety of items, fair pricing & kind employees.”

“Great store. Very busy most of the time. I credit the team of female employees that work here often, especially in the earlier part of the day. They are very energetic, super friendly & clearly care about customer service. They go above & beyond to ensure customer's have a positive experience each time they visit here. They range in age & all very hard working ladies, from what I've seen. They do have a well stocked store where you can get what you need, whether it's coffee (hot or iced) or other beverages, snacks or lunch on the go, tobacco, gas, lottery + more. Clean, public restrooms that always have toilet paper, soap, paper towels & baby changing stations. Great gas prices, among the lowest in town. You can also get fountain drinks or coffee for under $1! Very fair pricing. Cheaper than most convenience stores. The bakery items such as muffins, donuts are always fresh...which surely isn't the case at other stores. Highly recommend this stop for gas, snacks, or whatever you need. They even have a self checkout station.”

“I prefer to use this gas station in the Palmer area for a couple of reasons number one is they offer $0.05 off per gallon if you are a big y silver card member. Another reason is the staff that works here is always upbeat and enjoyable to interface with I can honestly say there is nothing here that I have had that I found bad indifferent or not worth my time or money”

“I love going to Sturbridge Gas. The store is always super clean, well organized, and fully stocked every time I stop by. Their prices are surprisingly low compared to most gas stations, which is a huge plus. The staff is friendly and the whole place just feels welcoming. “I highly recommend BP Pools, we had a pool installed by a company in Chicopee (not mentioning any names) and not even a year later we had a torn liner. Fortunately for us they would not stand behind their work and thats when we found BP Pools. I called and immediately was met with professionalism & knowledge. Barry, his son, and their team went above and beyond to get our pool up and running! Our family highly recommends BP Pool for all of your pool needs, albeit new installation, maintenence, etc.”

The staff would be really nice to me but I don’t know about everyone else but the staff is usually really nice and kind. I would go here again if I’m craving snacks like chips, chocolates, cereal bars, also drinks, ice cream and a lot more. I personally recommend people to come here.”
