“County Line is a full service hardware store disguised as a country store in an old service station building 😎
From minnows and fishing bait to a knowledgeable and friendly staff.
It's kinda out in the middle of nowhere which makes it convenient so we don't have to go to town.
I highly recommend the County Line!”
“Excellent customer service!Ordered 3 ton of pellets on Monday from Squier after Robbins Garden in Oxford screwed me over since August. Squier had the product available and able to deliver Thursday!!!!Highly recommend doing business with Squier!!!!!”
“Can’t say enough how great the owners are. Were able to diagnose and fix my well pump all within an hour of me walking in. Very knowledgeable and me not being a plumber or knowing much about it, and they were able to explain it in a way that I could easily understand and show me how to fix it and why it broke. No condescending attitudes with these guys…. Pleasure to do business with.”
“Better value here then many of the big box stores. They have a nice Carrheart clothing department and their fastener center is well stocked and organized. I especially like their selection of chainsaw's and power tools. Plenty of parking and the staff is always helpful.”
“Very convenient place on rt.9 very friendly and knowledgeable!! Pull motorcycle right up front and 10 steps and your in. Only problem I keep forgetting it's there and go to big box store!!!”
“Scott came out to service our furnace for the winter season. He was professional, competent, and very knowledgeable. You can't go wrong with Squier and Co.”
“I had gone in for a single bolt for a project. Both staff members who greeted me were very knowledgeable and not only cut the piece to size for me but also refused any payment as it was such a fast and easy job. Absolutely blown away by their friendly and fast assistance on my project. Will be going back for larger projects in the future. Great service!”
“Bob Beaulieu from the Ware MA store always exudes top notch customer service. Any time we need help finding something, Bob's our guy. Kudos to B.B., hes a great addition to your team and an even bigger help to our community.”
“My family had the most pleasant experience both in the Ware Lowe's and at home where two extremely polite and determined to get our new appliances inside our 200 plus years old home...Henry and Jose both worked well as a team and listening and advising as to how we're we going to get this huge new fridge inside our awkward sized kitchen. They managed to bring in new washer dryer, oven and fridgerator! We never have had such nice appliances nor kind and hard working employees ,from careful parking to not breaking a thing in our crazy grandchildproof home .Ive never felt so happy and comfortable My family is so grateful from the sales man who helped up pick out our new appliances to the awesome delivery crew ..They did an excellent job in super hot weather all with a smile on their face”

“If you are looking for the smaller items generally found in Ace Hardware-type places, try here. The staff is extremely nice & helpful. You can also buy your bait here, handy if you are going out on East Brimfield Lake. They fill propane & sell wood here as well as handmade wooden dog houses & they also make keys. and FRESH COFFEE”
