“Not too far from my house, the bank is very convenient for me. However, one of the policy I hate the most is the fact that if someone gives you a check of $2000 or more, they have to call to talk to the person before you deposit it.
And it doesn’t matter if you’re not cashing the check or the person shares the same bank as you.
I understand the that you’re trying to protect the customers. But this particular policy doesn’t make any sense.
Every month, I receive a check from someone with whom I share the same address and the same bank. They told me they have to talk to her every single time before accepting the check. And I have to leave and come back because she is at work and unable to answer phone calls.
It’s a waste of time for me. I am a very busy person.
Some times the teller just goes to make calls without telling you anything.
