“Great service and great rates. Don't go and pay high prices at any cell phone retailer, Mass Mobile Solutions will have the better deal. I have purchased a note 5, note 8, iphone10 max and a mac book pro. They will offer cash for your old phone. They also have a repair service for phones and computers/laptops. I have been shopping there since the note 5 came out. And I am not the most tech savvy and they have answered any questions I have had.”

John was great, really nice and personable. Without asking he dropped the price 10 dollars for me.

“This was my second favorite Metro pcs to go to to pay my phone or replace broken phones when i lived in the area. No complaints. A few years ago i was short a few dollars when replacing a broken phone and the sales associate paid the difference. Out of pocket.”

“I moved my service over from Xfinity because I wanted to keep my phone number a month ago and I’m glad I did. They work with you. The plans are great, and the customer service has been better than I expected.
