I am a Florist and live on Cape Cod so unfortunately it was impossible with schedule to make the pieces myself. I explained my situation and asked to have a Casket piece and Two coordinating baskets, each with a script on them. I trusted in the design team at your shop to make something beautiful for our Sweet Auntie Jeanne. The flowers exceeded our expectations , everyone remarked on how beautiful they were . We knew they would be the only pieces and wanted them to be stunning. They were!! What an incredible job on all the pieces , each was beautiful, the flowers were fresh and looked wonderful. The funeral director, pulled the stunning roses out after the cemetery service and handed each of a rose to take with us , it was so special . I have personally seen many beautiful arrangements he has made for a friend of mine, and I have stood in awe of his inspired flower masterpieces at the Museum of Fine Arts Boston's, Art In Bloom event where his 2023 design is featured prominently in this year's program book. His design for 2024 is a marvel! (Picture attached.) Pictures are worth a thousand words. Beauty is of course in the eye of the beholder, but if one is to be so bold as to leave a nasty one-star review of all things flowers, one wonders if a photo of the offending arrangement might not lend a sense of credibility?......or perhaps one's standards are whacked? Lastly, let’s not forget the old saying “working for a florist does not a florist make””

He was thoughtful and attentive to my concerns, which was meaningful given the personal nature of the occasion for which I was ordering flowers.
After the flowers were delivered, I called again to confirm receipt, even though I had already received an email confirmation. The woman who answered was just as gracious and understanding. She didn't make me feel awkward for double-checking, and her pleasant demeanor only added to the positive impression I had of the shop.
The flowers themselves were stunning—fragrant, vibrant, and elegant. I found their pricing to be quite reasonable, especially given the quality and attention to detail. I chose same-day delivery, and despite the shop sounding busy, they fulfilled my order within 10 hours, adapting seamlessly to my last-minute request.
Overall, Watertown Florist Shop offers excellent customer service, quality products, and a personal touch that reflects the welcoming nature of the Watertown community. It’s an experience that makes me appreciate living in Massachusetts even more.”
