they generally always have very fresh flowers (i've had bouquets last 1.5+ weeks by just changing the water every day, though, obviously, it depends on the type of flowers you get).
staff is also very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind!

I was very satisfied with the beautiful bouquet and great delivery service! The florists were very professional and accommodating, they took the time to deliver with the flowers a postcard I had sent to them by post in advance from abroad. Thank you for a great customer service!
