“Great customer service! The team members are always in a positive mood and willing to help you. It really helps create a welcoming vibe. The team always works very fast, which is great given the high traffic location. I choose to come to this store specifically for the speed of service and team member support, even when there is another UPS closer to where I live. Great job!”

“I actually live 3 minutes from another FedEx, but I happily drive 20 minutes to this FedEx because they have unbelievable professional, efficient and trustworthy staff. They have never lost any of my packages, and one day I forgot a signed blank check at their counter… they looked me up and called me immediately to let me know about the check, I went back and grabbed it. Basically saved me from a major disaster. Love them all to pieces!”

“This is generally a quiet, hassle-free location where everyone is patient and polite. You are on your own with copying, but not all that much, as the staff will help you with problems. Chris Russell was extra helpful with feeding my enormous shred load into the barrels, so if you have documents that need shredding, go here.”

“Another frequent patron of the Brookline Village Post Office came across the previous comment and mentioned it in passing. I was appalled when I finally read it myself because I was off to the side addressing some priority mail when all this happened. Let me first make clear something that neither this individual nor the other person present seem to have been aware of: there is ample and clear signage in multiple locations directing patrons where and where not to stand. This gentleman and the “difficult” person he mentions (who, by the way, apologized to the clerk for her behavior while up at the window, one of several pertinent facts which seem to have eluded the commenter) were standing where it was clearly marked with red x’s and text saying “Do Not Stand Here”. Furthermore, they had completely ignored the large sign, prominently displayed and visible as soon as you come in the door , clearly directing people where the line begins. I’m sorry for this gentleman’s color blindness, but I’d bet he has no trouble reading. His assertion about labels and being constrained to pay more because of a lack of them is patently false, as anyone who frequents a post office knows. Priority Express is the only mailing requiring a specific label and there are always piles of those available in the slots on the side or from any clerk. Otherwise, you address your mail yourself, then choose how you want to send it. He further maintains that the clerk saw he needed tape and did nothing about it. Did he ask for tape like any normal adult would do instead of relying on someone to see something which might not be evident at all? Seems not. That’s on him, not the clerk. Had he asked, he would have been offered the use of tape left behind by another customer or sold a roll if none of that were available, as I have seen happen countless times. Further undermining this observation is the statement he was sent to the back of the line causing him to have to endure a long wait. First of all, there was no line to speak of and he wasn’t even in the post office when I finally finished at the side and joined it. I was taken in about 5 minutes. Secondly, anyone who comes to the window and is lacking something is told to rectify the situation on the side then come straight back once they’re ready. They are specifically told NOT to get back in line. I won’t even dignify the falsehoods about growling and hissing with a response. As someone who is at the Village at least once a week, I am grateful for the current crew’s unfailing courtesy, good humor, and efficiency and so are all the others I know who depend on this office. One of the clerks there had been staffing the place alone for 3 months, doing everything from the PO boxes to serving customers to sweeping. They were there from opening until closing, six days a week and, to my knowledge, never missed a day while impressing me not only with their diligence but their patience and efficiency. So, I have no idea what prompted such a wildly skewed and falsifying outburst, but it definitely does not reflect what happened or the reality of how this PO works. The same goes for Jean C’s comment which I happened to read while here - completely false and racist to boot since she is referring to a person of color who speaks perfect English albeit with a Haitian accent. In fact, I am struck by how many of these recent comments leave me with the feeling that they are prompted by some personal grievance and score settling rather than an accurate appraisal. Get a life people.”

“Everyone in there when I went was super helpful!I had images to scan and then print nicely. I was welcomed by one employee who pointed me to the self scanners, then another employee noticed I was having some confusion scanning and helped me out on how to do just that! Then the printing, the lady working was very informative and helped me in the time we could get these print done asap. I’m happy with the quality of the print and she had wonderful nails too!”
