“I visited in morning, they took my broken tire with the rim and promised me they'll get the matching tire the same day afternoon. I dropped in again in the afternoon, they installed the new tire in 20 minutes. They also installed spare tire in the trunk, even put the wrench and jack in the right place. 100% very SMOOTH service, plus they have very comfortable sofa chairs inside.”

“I came in to the Dealership at the end of the day, had a few questions about my vehicle. My service advisor wasn’t available. Higor was very busy with his customers and work. He found the time for me, answer to all of my questions, explain everything in details. I didn’t have an appointment that day, it was getting late, he help me to get one. The front brakes, rotors and sensors were replaced, it was very important cuz it was Not safe to drive. He stayed late until work on my vehicle was complete. Honest, friendly and customer service oriented.They definitely are popular and were booking appointments a couple weeks out, but after my first experience there yesterday I absolutely plan on going back and I would recommend.I needed a tire swap and they got it done within an hour or so after I had dropped it off. They also checked for any other underlying issues. I had asked them to check my brakes because my last shop told me that they needed to be replaced which seemed drastic as they are not that old and seemed to be working fine. The team at Bruce's/Summer St Auto reassured me that I have nothing to worry about and that they are perfectly fine and not to waste my money.Really appreciated the honesty and care that they provided while completing the work quickly and effectively.”
“I came to Dudley Automotive Services after hearing good reviews from a friend and posts online. I went in and spoke with Ed. He listened to the concerns I had with my car (brakes were making a "nails on the chalkboard" sound) and was able to put an appointment in within the week. He was able to diagnose the problem and honestly provide a detailed explanation of the necessary fixes needed. He quoted me one price, did all of the repairs within a day (as mentioned), and I ended up paying a little less than expected in the end. Ed was very helpful, kind, and thorough. “After reaching out to several other tire shops and being told there were 1 week+ long waits I called Creonte and was told they could change my tires that day. Upon arrival the staff was informative and gave me a fair quote for a winter tire swap. My car was ready just a few hours later with my tires properly mounted and the old tires nicely wrapped in plastic in the back of my vehicle. Personable and professional without that pushy feeling or lack of transparency you may find elsewhere.Leveraging technology is a standout here as well. After they go over your vehicle, they send you an email connected to a portal that has images, prices and the ability to select and accept work to be done. This is typically followed up with by text, or phone if you so choose, to alert you of your quote and the suggested repairs. The work was done timely and a week on, not an single issue.
