“I had my tire repaired at the shop, and I’m very satisfied with their service and honesty. My car has over 12,000 miles and is due for a tire rotation. While the repair was being done, I asked if the rotation could also be completed at the same time. The repair was finished very quickly, and the technician came to tell me that a rotation wasn’t needed after measuring the tread on the tires. I was pleasantly surprised by their honesty—most shops wouldn’t do that nowadays. I highly recommend this shop!”

“I was driving my pickup truck from work to home and all the sudden it started having a mechanical failure. It became very concerning since it turned off 5-6 times and I was afraid that at some point it wouldn’t turn back on, and I would need to call a tow truck. I went to Gannem Motors and spoke to Sean. He was currently working on a vehicle in the shop but took the time to verify my truck. He popped the hood and after a few minutes of witnessing the truck turning off, he was able to pinpoint the source of the issue. He worked on my truck for about 20 minutes, made some adjustments and solved the issue. He even connected to the truck’s ECM and scanned it after the issue was solved to make sure there was nothing else. He was kind enough to explained thoroughly what he had found and how he corrected the issue. I found him to be genuine and honest. I can’t express how grateful I am Sean took the time to help me out. My experience with Gannem Motors was excellent and I will be going back for other services they provide.”

“I just come here for the cheap gas. Speedway a block down the road usually matches it, sometimes is about a nickel more, but I prefer this place because they always have paper towels and window wash water so that I can clean my windows after filling up. And the nice thing is, you don't have to listen to the annoying blaring commercials that Speedway plays at each gas pump's built in TVs while you're filling up! Gas prices are probably about the same as the Prime Energy locations, maybe a tiny bit less, but I prefer self-service over full service. Which means 20-30 cents less per gallon than at most of the big name gas stations on major roads closer to town. So, well worth it to stop by after my weekly grocery trips to Market Basket 5 minutes away.”

“Recently decided to upgrade my 2023 Sportage X Pro to the 2026 Kia Sportage Hybrid SX. I began researching through the Kia website and really liked the Fusion black with the Carmine red interior, it really pops and looks amazing and the SX trim was the only one that had ALL my necessites for options. I contacted a few other dealerships, checking the lowest prices available from different places and I also visited one in N. Danvers and took a test ride but couldn't find any that had the Black/Red combo in stock or were able to acquire it.

Once we found the one I wanted we worked everything out with a great interest rate and a huge thank you to their Finance Manager Brian Kelly, who was also fantastic to deal with. John then drove down to CT to transport my Kia back and before I knew it I was driving off the lot a couple days after walking in and seeing John again to reach a deal.
