“I needed new tires for my personal vehicle and scheduled to have my Wife bring the car by. There was a mix up on my end about how long the tire replacement and rotation would take. My Wife was a little distraught because she had our 9 month old Son with her. Castle Tire quickly mobilized a couple of their employees to handle our job and had my Wife and Son back on the road in an hour. I've been going to Castle Tire for years now and have always been very satisfied with the quality of their work, the timely manner they complete this work in, as well as their pricing. “Good and honest mechanics do exist and I found some with Bossi Auto. Phillip Bossi inherited this Wincher Auto shop from his father and kept it truly as an honest shop to go as far as I have experienced so far. Having to deal with some Cambridge and Arlington roadside shark mechanics, I must admit to my regret that I did not find this shop earlier in my own town. Phillip has two good mechanics in his shop with four car lifts. The shop is busy but not crowded. These mechanics might not say much but they are very experienced and know what they do. Price is not only competitive but very reasonable for those of us who need regular maintenance of their cars. The shop also inspects cars and provides stickers. The shop has enough parking outside and fortunately, tow truck drivers do not have to sweat to deliver the cars to the shop. I highly recommend this place for any car repair and inspection.”

“I took my Mazda 3 to 1 Fine Auto today as my car was making a lot of noise while driving. I had to hard stop near the Winchester high school before picking up my daughter since a policeman had flashing lights and basically cut me off on a one-way street. After that incident, the noise started. I was worried it was a damaged axel. Thankfully 1 Fine Auto was nearby and I met Jim who was very nice. I got lucky that they weren't too busy so they could take a look. It end up being the front rotor disk that basically got dislodged. Very scary. They were able to order new brake pads and rotors and fix on the same day within a few hours. I was very appreciative of Jim and the guys who fixed my car. I am a resident of Winchester and have noticed this automotive repair shop before as they are always busy when you drive by it on Main Street. It is a hidden gem so I had to leave this review so others can check them out. Great customer service and reasonable pricing. Will check them out again when I need additional service for my vehicles.”

“I really don't have any big complaints. I showed up 1 hour before closing. They had two autos already inside. Not really fair to people that might be trying to do closing tasks. All in all, they were very kind, very professional and took care of my car. I will go back when I am ready for another oil change. Hopefully for their sake a little earlier in the day.”
