Shopping at Chico's was a wonderful experience totally because of Eliana. I have many activities coming up and she helped me coordinate my 5 different outfits. Without her I would have been so unorganized and lost. She made my day and I left very happy.

I have experienced salespeople with no patience, hurried, and rudeness in the store, as well as on the telephone. This includes Nancy Grace. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on and have given up on Chico's.
