“Wow, we had been having a swimsuit crisis (this happens every year with my daughter, who is now 11 years old but has gone through puberty a bit earlier and is **VERY** sensitive about her body) where nothing works, and a woman on staff (maybe manager?) swept in and SAVED the day! She knew JUST what to say to sell my daughter on finally trying (another) swimsuit (we had to order it from home, full coverage high waisted swim bottoms, but it's on the way!). I am seriously so thankful to this staffer! She was like our swimsuit fairy godmother.”

“Just wanted to say thank you to Mick for the super hospitality. I came into the store looking for white casual dressy shoes and I felt like I was taken on a curated journey of my request. I just liked her passion and she took her time. Also, her colleague over heard the conversation from the opposite side and at the right time mentioned and held up a pair of shoes that were perfect looking. I thought it was really great teamwork. It was an all around nice experience and thank you Mick for making me feel cared for. I didn't have my orthotics with me and couldn't buy any of the shoes and Mick was super supportive as to not pressure me into buying a shoe and then returning it if it didn't work out. “I dont often give 5 stars, im cheap with it but the 3 people working today around 130 PM were amazing. Truly amazing..... they were knowledgeable but its the advice and attention WITHOUT neglecting others in the store shocked me.

“I have been going there for years. The staff is professional and very helpful and you can purchase clothes that last for years and always look great. They do take used Eileen Fisher items and give you a small credit. Great for recycling. The sales are excellent.”
“I had the best experience at Abercrombie & Fitch today from start to finish! Megan was absolutely amazing. She helped me in the fitting room, grabbed different sizes, picked out a few additional options for me to try, and gave honest opinions that made me feel so comfortable. That kind of kindness and genuine customer service goes such a long way.
Sara C. at the front was also wonderful. She helped me track down an item they had in the back and was incredibly friendly and helpful. Honestly, everyone I interacted with was welcoming and kind.

“So, I had not idea I was a JJill girly. I popped in to see the dress selection for a rehearsal dinner. Tina pulled so many dresses that I was unsure about, but boy was she right! I ended up leaving buying two dresses that I LOVED but never would have pulled for myself. I also bought a shirt and jewelry. Tina really made my whole day, she made it feel like I was shopping with a thoughtful friend. I went home and tried all my new clothes to show my husband. He was also loving the new looks.”

“Had to do a return for an incorrect size of the pet ruffle PJ set. We got the correct size and it works really well. My cat is diabetic, so he has to wear a glucose monitor. We need something that covers the monitor so he doesn’t try to pull it off. The sales associate who helped me was just lovely, and she asked about my pet. I should have shown her a picture — hope she sees this :)”
