Ann Taylor is a store for work and business trip clothing. Sales associates are patient, helpful, great, and outstanding, taking pride in their work. The store is pretty good and standard, not overly big, so the selection is not huge and has less merchandise than online. Returns are straightforward with polite, prompt, and helpful employees. A sizeable sale rack at the back could be of interest. Customers won't hesitate to walk in for help with sizing.

The is the best store I have ever visited. Dori is absolutely wonderful. She went out of the to help me select clothes for my business trip. She takes pride in her work and her customer service skills are outstanding.
