Good customer service. The only thing I wish they would do is offer more footwear that is wide and double wide. With the senior population growing, I would also suggest they carry more orthopedic brands, such as Orthofeet, or such type of footwear. Have a little section, perhaps.

This DSW has a huge variety of shoes, but they frequently run out of common sizes like 7 or 8. The store can get pretty messy on weekends with boxes scattered everywhere. It is a good place to browse, but do not expect much help from the staff since they are usually short-handed
