- They take care of you here and treat you like family. Honestly, even better than family. They truly take care of you car and understand how much reliable repair service matters. They are trustworthy and clearly are not pushing unnecessary repairs (unless of course you don't care about your car being in good shape).
- They get things done on a fast schedule and have gone the extra mile for me multiple times. They get you complementary Lyft service and/or a loaner car when needed.
- They clearly strive for operational excellence and first-rate customer service and somehow over-deliver on that. The garage floor is organized and clearly well run. They provide timely updates, videos of your car's parts requiring repair, and helpful explainer videos so you can be informed about the necessity of a repair.
- This may not be the right place if you only care about minimal cost (and are fine with questionable quality). They are not as cost competitive as some small pop-and-son garages, but their service and quality is so much better that it is hard to compare those. Imagine the customer-first approach of a great local shop, but paired with quality that far exceeds anything else I have ever worked with.
- The owner Charlie is very present and it shows. He takes every individual customer seriously and will ensure they are taken care of. His influence and energy drives the culture there. Also shoutout to Craig. He just has such a great positive attitude and will make things happen for you quickly when you really need it.”

“Second time here for my wheel balancing needs. They are one of the few independent shops in the area that have a high end Hunter road force balancing equipment and do a terrific job diagnosing and solving tire/wheel issues. Person at the front desk is very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he patiently listened to my concerns, and then provided a detailed explanation of the performed work and any concerns. Pricing was very reasonable. The shop is clean and tidy, which also indicates care, quality and attention to detail. Incredible service all around!”

“Bob at Central Auto is a throw back! I true gentleman who looks to help you and get you back on the road.I have had two instances where I brought my vehicle in (2010 Honda Ridgeline) for a quick fix and both times were a surprise!The first, he told me that he just needed to adjust something by my tie-rod, which was no charge. The second time, he did my front brakes which cost far under what I was quoted at two other places.I have brought my kids cars in for oil changes and the service and timing has been perfect each and every time!Definitely a 5-star!One more thing: please be sure to call before you drop your car so that Bob is able to get to it that same day! There is a key drop, if needed, as well!”

Well this is not an exaggeration; on the spot Andy with a trusting smile said keys please, and is this your wife's car! Oh I'm old ole school old fashioned, poking my noise to check out the under carriage and Leo is multi tasking on air pressure and check over on tires... I'm noisy like that. I was simply thinking, they are with us for life. True story, you can ask my wife how great it feels to ABSOLUTELY TRUST a mechanic and his office.

They take very good care of my car, before any services are performed, the employee asked me and tell me the price, I never feel pressured to get the service done. Service is done efficiently, I can see the employees while they are working on my car plus my car is returned to me cleaner vacuumed, clean windows. Great service.”

The service was fantastic. The staff working on my car were efficient, and I was finished in under 10 minutes. Every time I’ve been here the guys have been crazy efficient and only have recommended items that were actually needed (I.e. they recommended air filter which it needed this time but not in prior visits). They seem to stay on top of all of the process to double check everything was done right. (I.E. filter, Bolt and dipstick checks). Last thing you want is to drive off with 1 of this missing.”

They will check on things you report about the vehicle performance. They are always pleasant and focused and helpful. “Had a great experience with the service department. After waiting a long time to get an appointment to repair my car, Rich from service called to tell me they had some sick calls and was not sure if they would get to my car. He apologized and offered a few solutions that would make it easy for me to bring it back if need be. He called me again mid afternoon to tell me the mechanic brought my vehicle in and it needed a part that they wouldn’t be able to get to the morning, did I want to bring it back or could they keep it? I was able to secure my own transportation, so it was easier for everyone. Great service!”

“I had my tire repaired at the shop, and I’m very satisfied with their service and honesty. My car has over 12,000 miles and is due for a tire rotation. While the repair was being done, I asked if the rotation could also be completed at the same time. The repair was finished very quickly, and the technician came to tell me that a rotation wasn’t needed after measuring the tread on the tires. I was pleasantly surprised by their honesty—most shops wouldn’t do that nowadays. I highly recommend this shop!”
