“Small store but has a good variety and is well stocked. It's well kept with everything folded and neat as a pin. Dressing room was also clean and spacious. I had the pleasure of working with Amanda who helped me with a tedious return/exchange situation and was great about answering all my questions. It seems like the system for returns/exchanges needs to be updated to be more streamlined and easier on the employees but that is a corporate issue and not an individual store issue.”

He did not notice the middle initial was incorrect when he brought it home and the manager Alicia was very understanding and stated right away on the phone to bring it in and she will give him a new hat! The customer service is amazing. This is his 5th hat from this store!”
