He answered me back then he asked a couple questions and set me right up with a custom Ping 435 10K driver. Got me in a Sim and swung away. Very impressed how Jake knew his golf equipment.Thanks Jake.”

“Clothes are comfortable but a little bit pricey. They can provide cutting services for longer pants but didn't keep their promise on the shipping.I have purchased a pair of pants from a Lululemon outlet store but the pants are too long for me. I was told by the outlet staff that I could go to the Lululemon Retail Store to have my pants cut for free. I think this is really a great service.Since I visit Burlington mall pretty often, one day I went to this store and talked to the store staff to have my pants cut. I have marked the length ahead of time, so I don't need their help to mark it again. Since it takes a couple days to get the pants ready, the store staff told me that they could mail the pants to me free of charge. So I left my contact information (including my address and phone number) in their system.However, I didn't receive the pants after more than 2 weeks so I visited the store physically the next time I went to the mall. The staff was nice to help to get pants but they didn’t have a reason why the pants were not shipped.”

“I can't say enough about Lids in the Burlington Mall. My son purchased a hat with his Uncle's initials that had recently passed away. He did not notice the middle initial was incorrect when he brought it home and the manager Alicia was very understanding and stated right away on the phone to bring it in and she will give him a new hat! The customer service is amazing. This is his 5th hat from this store!”

“Got served by this woman named Naomi. Very respectful, patient, and well-mannered. I was a little bit of a pain-in-the-ass to her asking about different bra sizes, and not knowing where to look for bra's other than the actual store, she was very bubbly and showed me exactly where to find them. Also showed me where the fitting rooms are, and the cosmetic and perfume department in the store (I do have to say, her makeup is on point. Very stunning!) Got me everything I needed. She was getting the clearance deals mixed up when I asked her if I got 2 perfumes for $30, would I get 2 of them for free? She paged in her co-worker on her walkie, and she clarified it for me. I am very thankful for the both of them. Naomi was very talkative and confident, matching the customer's energy, had a great conversation with her. I look forward on giving her my service again, she was amazing! Very neat, and tidy store. Just really expensive.”
