“We have had several great experiences at Golf Galaxy in Reading: 1. Last year I did a no-cost club fitting which gave me the chance to hit as many balls as I wanted with as many different club brands. The differences in feel were very noticeable. I could also choose different types of shafts to try. Never felt rushed, and was given great advice. Then bought the irons I liked best with the shafts I wanted and they had them in stock. 2. Three months ago my wife snapped the shaft of her 3-year old Mavrik Heavenwood while playing. Brought it in thinking we would need to either buy a new shaft and pay for the repair, or buy a new club. Instead, the guy called his Callaway rep and in less than a week a brand new upgraded Rogue Heavenwood was delivered - no charge! All we had to do was give back the old one in two pieces. 3. This week I brought my clubs in to be regripped. Dropped them off at 4pm. By noon the next day they were done! We've bought shoes, clothes, bags, wheels, and clubs there. Never a bad experience and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Great service, great product selection, greeted every time we go in. They have certainly earned our business many times over.”
