“The store is very big and organized with a large selection of clothes. Affordable and trendy clothing for summer. I absolutely love Primark and this location had tons of cute things. Be prepared for a line though, but the workers are efficient and get it moving fast.”

I've only made purchases when the entire store was 50% off for non-members and not once have the employees enrolled me without my knowledge. “Fabulous and friendly service! I dropped off two pieces that just needed general cleaning. The service was quick, and the gentleman behind the desk was professional and friendly. When I went to pick them up, I arrived at 8 (those are the hours according to Google), but the store actually doesn’t open until 8:30 per a sign outside. However, the same gentleman was working that day and even though he had just gotten there himself, he happily helped me get my things and pay. Now I know- 8:30! But, as someone who has formerly worked in customer service for years, I was very impressed at his flexibility and friendliness!”

“I came from Natick because I had trousers that I had purchased in the past and they looked well and fit well. I needed a new suit and I’m thrilled with the way it turned out. The alterations were a little tricky, but they did a good job and I’m quite pleased. I am 83 and was treated very well.”
