Arrow Street Arts, Inc

Community Services/Non-Profits
Based on the reviews, Arrow Street Arts is a gorgeous, lovely, and extremely cute venue that is the most accessible building in the Boston area. The space is sensible and inviting, with comfortable seats, plenty of leg room, and amazing bathrooms that are all-gender and accessible. The well appointed equipment emphasized community. The performances are excellent, with shows that are amazing and filled with music, colors, and a talented ensemble cast. Tickets were priced well, including a senior discount. However, the organization was complete nonsense. The space to get into the theater is narrow, making lines for beverages, entry, merch, and exit chaotic. The staff wasn’t very communicative, and rules about bringing drinks inside were not clearly mentioned, leading to wasted money. Despite this, the ushers were all very friendly, and the host was kind and welcoming. The experience overall was not smooth, but the incredible performances made up for it.
