Jasmine provided great information and advice to us in buying an upgraded phone and in upgrading our AT&T plan. She was fabulous – patient and extremely informative. I would give her a rating of 10 stars if I could. Would highly recommend other folks to go to The Cambridgeside AT&T store to get their Phones and phone plans.

The worst AT&T I’ve ever seen
They just leave me 30 minutes waiting alone on the store, 3 guys taking inside the door and seeing me.

Paulo and Jasmine are my new go-to’s. They are extremely knowledgeable and amazingly helpful, with great customer service as well! Jasmine greeted us kindly and is so easy to talk to. She directed me to Paulo, who helped me figure a situation out and file a claim for my phone that broke. He spent a lot of time teaching me about our new devices and got my daughter’s watch all set up for her. I was able to easily reach him, after I left the store, if I had questions. He is very responsive and took time out of his busy day and help me. I really appreciate down to earth people like this who actually care about the customer and community they serve. I highly recommend this store and if you happen to get jasmine or Paulo, you have really hit the jackpot. I will definitely be going there from now on!

my phone broke earlier today and I was positively dreading going into at&t but thanks to paulo I couldn’t have had a better experience! he was helpful, knowledgeable, and really nice and he helped me walk out with a new/functioning phone in under an hour. I’m super grateful for his help and will happily go back to him if I run into any issues in the future :) thanks paulo!

My daughter and I went to the AT&T store at The CambridgeSide Galleria as we were paying way too much for internet and phone service with Xfinity. We met right away with Paolo an incredibly compétant kind knowledgable sales rep. We are now saving over $100 a month with AT$T and we have new Iphones at very little cost. Thank you Paulo!

I visited AT&T store in Cambridgeside on Aug 12th. People in this AT&T store were really friendly and value the customers. My issue was very complicated but they resolve it. They spent a long time to resolve it. I really appreciate Jasmine and Nataliya’s help.
They are so nice and professional!
