First, I wondered why the overall rating is low. After a visit, I can say that customer service needs lots of improvements. A very short interaction with the BoA banker was enough for me to cross the street and open an account at Chase

I miss the Porter Square branch for convenience, however, Arias at the Harvard Square branch has been very helpful. (I'm not tech savy.) Arias spent about 15 minutes helping me. She even wrote out the information that I needed. Lee P.S. Another time, the manager, (I don't remember his name) was also very helpful.
