Very straightforward, compact gym. It's a great quality gym for the convenient location and decent price. It can get a little crowded after work, and I wish there was another squat rack, but generally, I'm very satisfied with CAC.

Just got my first workout in during my lunch hour and had the entire place to myself. Sparkling clean, all the equipment was in great condition, and it's only steps away from my office at One Kendall Square!
