This branch did not answer the phone. I called twice in a row and waited more than 3 min each time. When I called the Porter Square branch they answered right away and I got incredible customer service. Use that branch instead!

Citizens bank won’t tell you when they begin charging service fees. They’ll email you plenty of marketing and other notices but won’t tell you they are taking $5 every month because your balance dropped too low. Avoid if you can
