  I needed to get a document notarized and was able to simply walk in without an appointment. Hakim was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. The office itself was clean and inviting.

  Very quick and friendly service. Understood my complicated situation and made a follow-up call to me to resolve it. Excellent customer service. Use this branch. Never use Harvard Sq or Coolidge Corner. Both are horrible.

  For fairness (in contrast with my 1-star review of the Davis Sq location), where my visit was a 35 minute disaster (see my review) the person who helped me today was competent, very efficient and courteous. No wonder the Porter location has good reviews while Davis has been going to the dogs. I wish I had known about this... read full comment
