“Incredible experience with Smart Penny Moving. I had a small but tough job to do -- transport an antique 300lb+ cast iron bath tub from a refinishing shop in Watertown to my home in Boston, then cart it up 2 flights of stairs to the bathroom. Other moving companies nervously quoted me for a truck with 4 movers before backing out altogether, worried that they wouldn't be able to navigate the stairs and hallways with the tub. Smart Penny Moving sent a truck with just 2 guys, and somehow made the job look easy. The tub traveled from street level to the 2nd floor in under a minute! Amazing. Plus, the process for communication and payment was streamlined, the guys arrived exactly when they said they would, and they offered the best price of any company I called.
