Good customer service can be hard to find these days, but not here. My daughter’s Patagonia coat had a broken zipper and the folks here fixed it while I waited. This is why we stick with quality brands. Thanks!

Had a great experience last week at the Cambridge Patagonia store. I was wearing a Patagonia coat that was at least 12 years old and I was looking for both a light and a heavier coat. EMMA at the store was excellent as an educator and an advisor to get me to my exact needs. She was knowledgeable and kind. Could not have been happier with EMMA's handling of my visit and my purchases. Thank you, EMMA! I will be back. Mark J. Bronsky, New York, NY

Just had a really great experience here at the store today and I wanted to share. I received the iron forge jacket as a gift from my employer. Unfortunately, it was one size too big. To make it worse it had our company logo embroidered on the chest. I fully expected to not receive a full refund on the jacket that I was returning, but after speaking with Nick behind the counter, he let me know that he was willing to offer me an even swap for the correct sized jacket, and it wasn’t going to cost me a penny. I was completely stunned. I asked Nick the associate if I could make a donation Patagonia’s charity partners, but he said that he was unable to link me to a donation site on a zero purchase sale he said instead I should just do something nice for somebody or donate to a charity that was meaningful to me which was really nice and really unexpected. I just wanna say a huge thank you to Nick and Patagonia for such great customer care. I highly recommend this store and if you meet Nick make sure you tell him what a great guy he is.

Really helpful! I moved from the west coast and needed help to prepare for the winter. All the staff were helpful and friendly, and in particular Jenny was very knowledgable and went out of her way to help me find the right fit for what I needed.

TLDR: Patagucci at it’s finest
I am a Patagonia fan through and through. While the average ad may have you believe this brand is like any other, I beg to disagree. This store embodies why:
- Incredible product: ✅sustainable ✅ timeless style ✅lasts forever. There isn’t a piece that hasn’t lasted me 10 years
- the friendliest most helpful staff: they are willing to help with repair just as much as selling you something new
- this company as deep in values as you can get and it shows
Now let’s talk differentiators. I’ve been to many a Patagonia store. Prior to this, Santa Monica took the cake with the NV factory outlet close behind. Lo and behold, when Cambridge prepared to open its doors it did so with gusto. This might be the finest space and I have to say it, store logo, in all the land.

Huge thank you to the fantastic employees at the Cambridge Patagonia for helping fix my coat (in under 10 minutes and free of charge) that had a snap fall off and was leaking down. Now I have a snap in a fun new color, and my coat will weather many more storms. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming, and one employee even gave me restaurant recommendations in the area while I was there. Can't thank these folks enough!

This sports goods store is located near Harvard Station on the Boston Metro Red Line. It has a variety of outdoor men's and women's clothing and outdoor hiking supplies. It is both fashionable and functional, and the materials are also good. It is worth a visit.

Store is big, very clean, and well stocked. Employees are attentive to your needs while still giving you space.
It was my first time buying from Patagonia so I was given a 10% discount on my purchase.

I typically wouldn't leave reviews for stores, but my experience at the Patagonia store in Harvard Square, Cambridge, was exceptional! I brought in my ripped jacket for repair, knowing that Patagonia offers free repairs, but the salesman truly went above and beyond to help me out. His assistance and expertise made the process seamless and hassle-free. It's evident that customer satisfaction is a top priority at this store. I highly recommend Patagonia to anyone in need of outdoor gear, not just for their high-quality products but also for their outstanding customer service.
