Amazing customer service! We brought in a backpack that was purchased 16 months ago and the employee replaced the backpack. As a family of 6 we have a lot of Patagonia gear and just love this company and their products

The employee there was incredibly nice! I didn’t get his name, but it’s really great Patagonia in Cambridge has such incredible employmees. I would highly recommend going to this store especially considering Patagonia’s reputation as a truly environmentally friendly corporation.
