Stopped in today to purchase batteries. The sign indicated a sale price of $16.99 for a four pack of Duracell 9vs. When they rang up the item it was $19.99 which questioned. He spoke with a supervisor who went to check and said the sale ended yesterday and removed the sale signs. I was then told the price was $19.99. What a slimy operation.

I appreciate the kindness and friendliness of the sales associates. They are knowledgable and willing to help. However i was injured by a steel dolly that was left in the back of the store and bruised my leg. I would expect safety standards a little higher at a store like this.

It is a decent store. The store is usually not that busy. There are restrooms, cleaner than other stores. Prices can be high but there are sales going on. No employee asked if I needed any help. I noticed they are in one area most times. The website could be better in terms of ‘not loading’ or going to an error page. I am glad this company is still in business. Flooring is carpet.

Five feet from the cashier is a sign advertising reams of Tru Red printer paper for $6.49. You walk to the cashier, and it rings up at $6.99. You say, that’s different from the sign. The cashier says, I can fix that for you.

I made an appointment for live fingerprint at 4PM. Showed up on time. The fingerprint service people are not there and went home already. This place is a joke.

Not for all the Staple services, sorry about the 1 star but 1 star is too much for the fingerprinting service.Th worker of the fingerprinting service went to her lunch time immediately while there were still people who had appointments in the morning waiting at the door, and returned 20 minutes with her unfinished fruit the end of the lunch time even though knowing new people kept coming and checked in on time. The worker have to help you with fingerprinting by adjusting your hand position, but she did not wash hands or wear gloves after she just had her fruit with bare hands.

As a former employee. Management encourages employees to not sell tech products to Asian customers. Management has no respect for their own employees nor customers who shop there. Only a matter of time until closure

The self service printing machines had a problem. None of them gave me my prints. But their employee ended up helping me with it on their special machines. So, I guess - good staff but bad machines!

I wanted to print something for my wedding on vellum paper so I bought some laser printer-friendly vellum paper and brought it here. The staff very kindly helped me print my file on my vellum paper. I really appreciated it since nowhere offers vellum as a paper option for printing and I don’t have my own printer.

Avoid the IdentoGo service at this location. Had an appointment for fingerprinting, checked in with their QR code scan and then waited an hour past our time. Tried to ask about it and the provider closed the door in my face. Talked to the staples manager who was very helpful but could not do anything as IdentoGo is a separate business. Several of us that had been waiting finally got the provider to talk to us - turned out the system did not show us as checked in despite sending us a text saying we were all set and should wait for them to text us when they were ready. It took 5 minutes of asking the same question over and over while she berated us for not checking in before we figured that out…. Understandable to have technical issues but an inexcusable lack of communication and terrible customer service.

I came here on a Monday afternoon for fingerprinting. My appointment was at 12:30 and I arrived at 12:20. There were about 4-5 people there waiting ahead of me. As I was waiting the person doing the fingerprinting was able to help 3 people before 1 o'clock came around and the lady said she was going on lunch and would be back at 1:30. There was no one else at the store who was able to continue fingerprinting people apparently?? At this time more people had arrived and we're waiting for their fingerprinting as well. I talked to the two girls waiting beside me and their appointments were at 12:20 and 12:40. I understand that people need to take lunch breaks but it's pretty ridiculous to allow people to make appointments and then have to wait over an hour for their turn.
