Staples Connect is a decent store, usually not too busy. It provides printing, shipping, technology, and recycling services for small businesses, remote workers, and students. The restrooms are cleaner than other stores. While prices can be high, there are sales. The self-service printing machines sometimes have problems and may not give prints, but the staff is good, incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind. Employees will assist on special machines, even with special paper like vellum. The document printing team can handle huge orders and make things easier. However, employees are sometimes in one area and may not ask if help is needed. The website could be better, sometimes not loading or going to an error page. The flooring is carpet. Customers are glad the company is still in business.

I had a wonderful visit! I easily found what I was looking for guided by a helpful Associate. They had a really good selection and I found exactly what I was looking for. The Cashier was great! Really nice and really helpful.
