I only come here when I absolutely have to. Always slow and the people working here are always rude. Avoid coming here if you can.

This was by far the most disgusting and outrageous service I have ever experienced with USPS. The clerk (name sounded like Tiegst) was completely unprofessional, rude, and clearly had no idea how to use the system. My package to China was returned due to their input mistake, yet when I tried to re-ship, she was utterly clueless and refused to help, only pushing me off to a manager. The most ridiculous part? A janitor had to step in to fix the issue for her!
Even worse, they maliciously increased the package weight to charge me more, then threatened me with: “If you don’t pay, go fix it yourself.” On top of that, they tried to slap on a $200 “tax fee” with zero explanation. This is not just incompetence, it is blatant fraud.
USPS should be ashamed to have employees like this. The service was disgraceful, hostile, and a complete scam. I have never been treated with such arrogance and dishonesty in my life.

Fred, a large, dark skinned black man who wears glasses, is rude, patronizing, unprofessional, and should not be working at the passport department in the post office. We will never come here again. We only came because we had a pleasant experience with our then 5 week old child’s passport appointment, with a woman who unfortunately no longer works there, and it is walking distance from our home.
His job is literally customer service, and we paid over $500 for our families passport renewals, and he couldn’t be more insulting and lacking empathy. Complaining that we were late (10 minutes with a young child), and if we were late and he had other people there were literally no other customers present at 7:40am for a 7:30am appointment and erroneously claims we shouldn’t come back if we’re late again. He continues his tirade minutes later wasting time complaining about fairy tale situations that aren’t based on reality instead of helping us, until we finally interject and say we’re here , nobody else is here and you continue to patronize us unnecessarily. He presumed we’re always late knowing nothing about us , Ivy League educated homeowners, professionals, and parents, while he is a post office worker at least 10 years younger than us. He was unbelievably inappropriate and hostile and aggressive. Will advise anyone to never come here , especially if they have to deal with Fred.

I visited this USPS location to mail a simple package — just a small envelope — and had an issue with the self-service kiosk, which incorrectly printed my label as a letter. I went to the front counter to ask for help, calmly explaining that the kiosk may have made a mistake and that I needed assistance.
There were two employees present. One older gentleman eventually assisted me. However, the other — a tall, bigger-sized, dark-skinned gentleman — immediately responded to my explanation by saying, “Oh? Why didn’t you print the label as a small package?” I told him I tried to, but the kiosk had only printed it as a letter, which is why I needed help. Instead of assisting, he laughed at me and accused me of intentionally choosing the letter option to get a cheaper price, saying, “Oh? I don’t think so. The small package option was there. You just tapped letter to save money.” Then he laughed again — at me.
I felt extremely disrespected, singled out, and honestly, gaslit. I didn’t come in angry or frustrated — I was fine until I was mocked and accused of something I didn’t do. I felt like I was being targeted and made to feel unintelligent over something so minor.
The older employee who helped me was also slow, dismissive, and repeatedly questioned my choices, even asking why I was mailing such a small envelope. I left that post office feeling disgusted and uncomfortable.
This was my first time visiting this location, and it will absolutely be my last. The staff needs serious training on respect and professionalism. I remained calm and polite despite how I was treated, but this experience was demeaning, and I’m incredibly disappointed.
I don’t know if this feedback will be taken seriously, but I truly hope steps are taken to ensure customers aren’t treated like this again. Basic decency and kindness go a long way — and unfortunately, I didn’t experience either here.

The counter attendants at this particular post office are always on the unfriendly side, sometimes just short of being rude. When the customers are few, sometimes even when it's busy, many of these attendants can be seen just waffling around and really in no hurry to pay attention to the customers. For such a highly educated environment it's truly shameful that the post office have such a dysfunctional bureau.

I’m sure there’s some kind of deal between the staff here to see who can be the rudest. It’s unbelievable what you have to listen to. I was sending a small international package, and they tried to force me to switch to a bigger box. I refused, so they started complaining about the size of the box, my handwriting (which is good), the way I filled out the international customs form, the declared value—everything. When they realized I wasn’t going to lose my smile just because they were being annoying and rude, they finally completed my request. Worst USPS ever.

Terrible service at this USPS location, I booked a passport appointment 2 weeks ahead and they canceled on me the day of the appointment. But didn’t receive any text or email explaining why it was canceled and tried to call them several times left with no answer, so disappointed now I have to find another appointment somewhere else, never go back here.
