One person to staff the window for both passports and regular mail. Walked out after 20 minutes waiting as the only person in line. The slowest USPS I’ve ever been to.

Every single time, there are multiple employees visible out back but only one customer window opened, even if the line is over 10 people. I've been in line for 35 minutes to drop a package that needs a QR code scanned. Utterly inefficient.
