I was told by another Verizon employee to come to this “corporate location” and they could definitely help me. This was my 4th visit to a Verizon store in the past 2 weeks. The tall grey-haired man at the Cambridge Verizon not only could not help me, but was incredibly rude to me as he was telling me he couldn’t help. No apology. Instead he just raised his voice and said thats just the way it is… this was really a frustrating experience.

I walked in to get assisted (Belkin support assistance for my phone protector) by Jaleel Sanders without any reservations or call ahead, yet he was incredibly down to earth and accommodating, and a few months ago when I replaced my phone with the same location a guy helped me that was incredibly polite, nice and accommodating as well. I am more than satisfied with their service and would love to leave a review.

My sister and I have been Verizon people for a very long time, and this was by far the BEST experience we have ever had working with any Verizon team. Thoughtful, helpful, and made all the shifting we were doing go so smoothly. Usually this takes hours to do, but we did three transactions in lightening speed and it was all around extremely positive.

I stopped by the Verizon store in Harvard Square last night to resolve a massive screw up and it went great. For background, I have been a Verizon customer for years / decades. I have a complicated telecom set up (personal phone number, work phone number, business phone number) which requires two sims and a VOIP number.
I wanted to upgrade to a new phone because I THOUGHT I could get all three incoming to one device (FYI - this is not possible, at least in the US). I went to my local store last weekend (not the Harvard location) and the staffer created an order which ported my VOIP number to a new phone with a new plan, leaving me with my existing numbers on my old phone.
I did want a new line.
I did not want a new plan.
It would have been nice for them to notice I was due for an upgrade / trade in to save $$$.
When I finally received the new device (three days shipping wait) I realized the level of the screw up but couldn't get back to the source store for several days, so I went to the Harvard Square location as it was accessible. After I explained what happened, they gave me some advice on how to unwind the problem in a way that would minimize future problems, got me started on the process and wished me good luck.
They even went digging through the drawers and found the case I wanted for the new phone (which was very limited / I had one on order for deliver a week later) put that on and a screen protector.
I know there are many Verizon locations around town but I may be going out of my way to do future interactions here.

Just as a preface this is the first bad review I've ever written and I'm only doing it so that people avoid this location if possible. The staff member helping us went to the bathroom in the middle of helping, and then put on his jacket and left the store? Worst customer service experience in my life. I'm only giving it 2 starts because the other guy working there tried to step in and help, which I appreciated. I know it's a tough job to have and I'm sure people are rude all day but this was so unacceptable and frustrating.

I went there to drop off my trade in phones and the lady was at the counter was not understand what she was doing then she ask my ID but i don't have my wallet with me so I saw in my phone the picture of my driving license and she said it's not valid I need it in my hand so i told her what's different and she said i can't take this so i told her to call your manager She called DANA was her manager that night and he was even worst very rude and did't help me at all so I left that day and went again next day any my surprise Mr. Stephan was there and he is very helpful, He took all my trade and without asking any question even my ID .........So I don't understand how come one can do it and other can"t ?
DANA is terrible guy.............
Don"t do any business with this guy unless you see Stephan there.

It was the worst customer service ever. Store manager was not willing help me to trade in the phones for the promotion. Keep telling me handle my issues online. If you are not buying phones, they are not helpful for after buying services.

I can’t recommend this store and team enough. I’ve come to them for all of my needs and they deliver exceptional service every time. Whether it be issues with a device or recommendations on better plans they will tell you exactly what you need to hear to make the best decision.

Please understand that when you have customers waiting for a long wait time… the least you could do is offer comfortable chairs for them to sit. Some of your customers have back pain. At least some chairs with back support. They are sitting there for hours. Insanely inconsiderate company.
