This store is no longer here. It has permanently closed. Gone. And nowhere have they updated this information.

This store is no longer here and there’s no way to get up to date confirmation on the new location. Too bad! I was hoping to come to this store soon.

Andrew the Specialist was fantastic - knowledgeable and concise. He understood my plan and their policies so well that we were able to shave several hundred dollars off my phone upgrade at essentially no cost

My experience at the Harvard Square store was great. I needed to pay a bill for a family member. With help from a staff member in the store I was able to pay the bill easily and quickly. I'm not a Verizon customer myself, but in the past I've switched carriers when I had consistently good experiences in a company store. I imagine working in phone stores can be stressful, and I appreciate it greatly when someone working in the store is calm, efficient, and helpful.

Wouldn't help replace SIM card, wouldn't check to see if I'm listed on the account. Walked in the snow to get there

Scammers. Refused to do a device trade-in for the normal $180 value, instead offering $15, because of a literally invisible “scratch” on an Apple Watch’s display, not perceptible even with your eyeball an inch from the device. Their claim is that the product is damaged and therefore isn’t eligible. It’s absolutely not damaged. Despicable. Don’t go here. The store manager Dana handled the scam.

I had an excellent experience. Stephen did a great job of showing me the best options for trading in my phone to get the best value. Make an appointment is the best route to get speedy service as they do get rather busy. At some point I'll go with my wife to get her upgraded with the great promotion they have going on currently.

Thanks to Dana and Stephen at the MT. Auburn St. Verizon store helping us last night with our son's phone that would not charge. They were very patient with us and were able to charge and transfer the data. Another Verizon store in Boston said it could not be done and would not help solve the issue! Manager Dana and Tech worker were great! Thank you for taking the time to figure it out for our son.

I never even went into this store but they remotely cancelled my line when my brother went in to get an upgrade on his phone. Despite having clarified his phone number, I still got wrapped into this and now I have to go to my local store to get this figured out. Thank you Cambridge, I haven’t nor will I ever visit your store. Please train your employees better.

This is the worst Verizon store ever. They turned my son away on his first visit because he was not a manager in the account – even though his brother was able to do so in Connecticut without being one either. On the second visit he tried to pre order a new phone and they told him not to bother because he could just come back on a different day when they were less busy and select it without having to preorder it (the store was full of people and they clearly were trying to get rid of customers). On the 3rd visit, after waiting for 2 hours, and when it was finally his turn, they "helped" him and other customers all at the same time, which means they kept everyone there for 2 hours each because they could never finish anything. Best of all is that they switched my son's line with his brother's and made all the changes to the wrong line, despite asking for his information several times. This meant that my other son, who lives in a different State ended up without service for 24 hours without knowing why, until he went to a store nearby the following day and asked for all this mess to be straightened out. Furthermore, they added services we did not want, without asking, such as the Verizon cloud back up and the Home services insurance. Now I have to call and delete those. BEWARE, they are super sneaky. You need to look at your receipt and your invoice online right then and there before you leave the store. They asked my son if he wanted to switch his line to a newer one for no additional cost because the new one "gave him 5G more in hotspot", but did not warn him that we would be losing the Disney bundle if he did so. They put on the wrong case and screen protector on his new phone (the iPhone 14 case/screen protector on an iPhone 15) and it was up to my son to realize that the buttons did not line up. Had he left and come back, he would have had to wait another hour in line just to be helped. They charged him $30 for helping him do the transfer to the new phone but they never charged any of the other family members for doing so at any other store (in other States) – and some worthless help he got! The list goes on. Do yourself a favor and skip this one. You will be better off simply calling customer service or traveling to a farther location. They are an absolute mess.

Customer service was awful. We were able to get service after 5-7 Harvard students went before us. I spoke up but to no avail. Lastly, no ? parking spot. It's a Nightmare

Even though they are listed as a branch that accepts equipment return on the Verizon FIOS website, they do not. And they don't care that they don't either. If you are doing equipment return, do yourself a favor and go straight to UPS at 955 Massachusetts Ave.

It was a different experience. The customer service was way to good to be real and I loved it.
