Returned old equipment and asked the rep a few different times to make sure I was all set in their system. Then got an email showing my bill went up 2x. I had to go back to the store and another rep said “yeah they never removed the equipment charges when you returned your equipment”.

Hello Mr. Richard Benson Jr,I am writing about a training opportunity for an outsourced technician, who was meant to connect us today.The technician ran the new connection over an existing RCN line that I identified was deprecated at the start of our appointment. When I confirmed that the upload download speeds were 1/4 what we paid (1.2 Gbps download read as 300 Mbps) he told me, a gay man, that we would only use his readings and that I was sick and depraved.I expect an apology from Xfinity and an assurance that this sort of disrespect does not happen again.Sincerely,M Brown

Employees with bad actitud, worse service. New to this service and received used and broken equipment. Canceling service and never again.

I just had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with any service provider thanks to Joe Desilvia at this location. Would 100% recommend to anyone who is having issues with their xfinity equipment. Don’t waste time on the chat just come see one of the guys here. Joe was awesome!

I went to the store to cancel my service. The rep said she had done that, but when I logged in on the Xfinity website it said I was still enrolled. It took multiple phone calls to learn that the website data isn't updated very often. Get a printout from the store indicating any change in service you have asked for, otherwise you won't be able to protest a mistake.

It's called Xfintity because THEIR SERVICE IS REALLY FINITE. Not only are the employees very RUDE AND ININTERESTED. They are don't know anything about their products. Contracts change after agreement. We only went to their store because with our lease can't have any other provider.AVOID IF YOU CAN!

Box finally broke after 15yr.(yes it was old).Got a ? New one, as soon as I got home I installed it and the new box didn't work eather so I tried calling tec support; for 4hr and couldn't get through, brought the box back to be told there were no tecs if I need help schedule an appointment for someone to come out and fix it(of course at my expense.)And This is supposed to be excellent customer service.

I am very very upset ? with this store, Yesterday I went to cancel my service and they told me I wasn’t going to be charged with the monthly fee anymore, and bum they did, so I went today and a very not nice guy called Lance didn’t want to help us I mean I had to tell to check the computer to see if my account is cancel and he act like teenager ?. Did not help with nothing only for upsetting us ?. Worst service ever!

Derek Small is an amazing always go ABOVE and beyond with me and with other customers he is dealing with after me or before me.He is knowledgeable and kind and professional and solves your issues. He is a Great Asset foe not only comcast co but all Xfinity co. He should be recognized for all his hard work.You need more people like Derek. He loves his job and making sure his client are happy and to enjoy thier services. I have been coming this location many years and he is always smiling and helping clients.

Their customer support is either a bot or a non-English speaking help desk. Their in-person store has one hard-working individual handling many frustrated customers. The company doesn't value customer service because they have a virtual monopoly in many of their service areas.

I went to the Xfinity store at Fresh Pond yesterday @ 1030, it was a wasted trip, the employee that waited on me did nothing to help me.He knew nothing I shook my head and walked out.What happened, this store once had great people to help?
